Mostly they contain quite a bit less fat than their deep-fried counterparts.

  6. Drink lots of Fluids. 6 to 8 glasses of water keeps the body refreshed and reinvigorated. A big part of weight loss is factored on how the body eliminates waste. Staying hydrated aids fast weight loss.
